According to Federal Clery Law, an institution may withhold any of the required fields of entry, i.e. the nature, 日期, time, location and/or disposition if any of the following conditions apply:

Jeopardize an ongoing criminal investigation or the safety of an individual;
Cause a suspect to flee or evade detection; and
Result in the destruction of evidence.
BUPD has access to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department’s reporting system and checks it on a routine basis for any crimes occurring on or near the 博彩平台排名 University campus. Any criminal activity found will be included in the 每日犯罪日志 and Fire Report.
